I am of the firm belief
that the character makes the story. I am not a particularly big fan of writing
plots, because a lot of plotlines are archetypal. You can have the same
plotline with different characters, and it would still be a new story, but if
you have the same characters with a new plotline you’re basically writing the
same story.
